A case of Endobronchial growth with complete collapse of right lung,look the trachea, presented with acute Shortness of breath. On fibre optic Bronchoscopy shows a fungative growth in the right main bronchus covered with mucus,EBLB taken and diagnosed as Small Cell Lung Carcinoma.
