Post Covid CT Change within 1 month of RT PCR Negative.





 This is a case of 36 years male admitted under our care with shortness of breath after 21days of covid positive and 2 days after covid rtpcr negative with saturation of 88% in room air and his HRCT thorax looks like image 1 and 2.

He was treated with supplemental oxygen, inj enoxaprine, tab prednisolone,tab pirfenidone and insentive 3 ball flow controlled spirometry , he started showing improvement day by day.

After approx 25 days he maintained saturation 95% in room air.On repeat HRCT shows dramatic improvement in lung parenchyma ,check the image 3 and 4. Now he was discharged with tab apixaban and tapering prednisolone and spirometry and asked to follow up.

NB - His D dimer was always within normal limit.

**A documented case of reversible Covid fibrosis.
